1.  WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE WITH A LEASE?

 Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE non- commercial recording or broadcast. You may use the beat for non-profit promotional use (mixtape, street albums, myspace, soundclick, youtube) or demos. You have the right to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat) for up to 6 months.  You must  give full credit to and/or "THE PRESIDENTZ for S.M.G." on all promo uses. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the THE PRESIDENTZ still owns the beat(s) and they are able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use until the lease is up in the 6 months.

2.  BUT WHAT IF I WANT EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS?

No problem.  Exclusive rights can be purchased for almost any beat.  Exclusive beats come with paperwork, mp3 copy, and Pro Tool Sessions with seperate wavs, also known as splits.  You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat.) You may use the beat for anything you want. THIS IS NOT A WORK FOR HIRE. The producer retains all copy rights and royalties however we may no longer lease or sell the beat, except for prior leasing rights holders.

3. WHEN I DOWNLOAD THE BEAT, WILL THERE BE THOSE ANNOYING DROPS ON THE BEAT?

No.  There may be a tag in the beginning thats says, "THE PRESIDENTZ" which can be removed on request but the rest of the beat will be clean.
